A gem opposite the Town Hall on the famous Coolsingel in Rotterdam. We were responsible for the redevelopment and asset management of the former Slavenburg’s bank building and the adjacent historic Luxor theatre. This is a multifunctional development of a theatre, shops, offices, catering establishments, parking and 15 luxury villas right in the heart of Rotterdam.
Renovation of a listed building
The offices have been awarded a BREEAM Excellent certificate and count the prestigious Bank of China among the lessees.
For the retail units we concluded leases with parties including Decathlon, which opened its largest city-centre sports outlet in the Netherlands here (approx. 5,000 m2).
