FIRST Rotterdam is a joint office development of the Maarsen Group and Rabo Real Estate Group opposite the Central Station in the heart of the Central Business District of Rotterdam. Molsbergen Development was responsible for the development management from the beginning of 2015 on behalf of Rabo Real Estate Group.

FIRST Rotterdam has a surface of more than 40,000 m2. For this 125-metre high tower we concluded contracts with the major lessees Robeco and NautaDutilh. Petrobras, FIT20 and DTZ Zadelhoff. The project was delivered in 2016 and sold to Union Investment.
