At the end of 2014 Molsbergen Development concluded a lease for the new head office of Nidera B.V. for 4,500 m² on the 5th floor of De Rotterdam, an icon at the foot of the Erasmusbrug. In consultation with Nidera the plan was developed from shell to turnkey delivery. Molsbergen Development was responsible for the formation of the contract, budget control and project management.
The result: delivery of one of the most spectacular offices in Rotterdam, on time and within budget. The 230 employees working at the head office of Nidera, a large international agricultural trading company with an annual turnover exceeding USD 17 billion, all work on one floor of this iconic building. This development has fulfilled this global company’s ambition to create even more efficient connections between the various links in its business process chain.
